Nchacha Etta is the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Johnson and Johnson’s Vision Care company, a global leader in eye health. He is responsible for all financial aspects of the company’s world-wide operations, such as commercial finance, strategic planning and analysis, financial reporting, internal audit and compliance including the development and execution of business strategy, portfolio management and capital allocation.
Nchacha, a very experienced global finance leader joined Johnson and Johnson in 2015. Prior to joining JNJ, he held finance leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Microsoft Corporation, Eli Lilly and The Carlyle Group in Washington D.C. He began his career as an Accountant at Areva, a French global nuclear energy company. Nchacha has extensive international experience, having worked Europe, The Middle East and Africa.
He obtained his bachelors of science degree in Accounting from George Mason University, and an MBA in finance from Howard University Business School.
He is also a board member of “Save a Child International”, an NGO with a mission to provide every African child access to the same quality of health care that exists in the developed world.
