Alicia Reece is a certified Executive Coach and Senior Consultant. She has nearly two decades of global diverse experience in Fortune 500 organizations across high technology, biotechnology, manufacturing, financial and consumer goods industries. She spent nearly a decade with Cisco, a Fortune 50 IT company, as a Professional Coach and in various HR leadership roles. Currently, Alicia is the Principal and Owner of The Reece Group, a coaching and consulting business helping organizations, groups, and individual professionals advance their goals in the areas of career, life, and leadership. Additionally, Alicia is the co-founder of DRIVEN Career Map, a cutting edge career development program for professionals endeavoring to proactively
maximize their careers and transitions.
As a seasoned Executive Coach, Alicia enables her clients to move their goals forward by cultivating their emotional intelligence and strengths. It is Alicia’s belief that many of the obstacles that people struggle with in their careers and lives can be mitigated
through understanding their own emotions and others and using that information to manage relationships, make sound decisions, and cope with challenges more effectively. As a Senior Consultant, Alicia is viewed as a credible advisor to the organizations she partners with globally. Her core expertise is grounded in translating business strategy and delivering results by leveraging innovative and practical strategies and solutions. This has been a staple in her professional portfolio. Outcomes of this work include: creating an onboarding program for millennials and generation Z, devising a global high-potential Leadership Pipeline Network, and partnering with senior executives on inclusion and diversity strategies with an emphasis on Employee Resource Groups.
Alicia holds a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from the University of Memphis and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is a graduate of Coach U and has a coaching certification from the International Coach Federation. Also, Alicia has certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Hogan Assessment, Standout (Strengths), DISC, Six Sigma, & Lean. Alicia is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council where she contributes original articles in career management and professional development. On the personal side, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, wellness activities, and engaging in philanthropic initiatives.
